The traditional game program has also gone digital. All fans should look for the QR Codes both outside and inside the ballpark to download the program for free. With a digital program, there will be new interactive fun to have during your game experience and real-time player information. Sign up for the Iowa Cubs email newsletter and you’ll get the game program emailed to you at the close of every home stand.
Cash will NOT be accepted. We will accept debit or credit payments only. Two reverse ATM machines will be available inside Principal Park near the Cambria Fan Services Center behind home plate. At those machines, fans can exchange cash for a pre-paid Mastercard debit card that is good not only at Principal Park, but anywhere in the United States that Mastercard is accepted.
Cubbie Dollars will also be accepted inside Principal Park.
All fans will pass through metal detectors at every entrance at Principal Park. No weapons are allowed inside Principal Park, even with a permit. The Des Moines Police Department and CSC will assist Iowa Cubs staff with bringing fans into the ballpark swiftly and safely.
The best way to buy tickets for Iowa Cubs games in online - especially when seating capacity is limited. Digital ticketing allows you to share tickets with friends and co-workers via email and avoid being in lines and gathering groups of fans at the ballpark. Within the digital ticketing system, you can use your smart phone to get scanned into the ballpark when you arrive, but smart phones are not required. Print-at-home options are still available.
WALK-UP TICKETS/WILL CALL
If fans arrive at Principal Park without tickets, members of the Iowa Cubs staff will be available outside the gates to help fans purchase tickets through their phone rather than waiting in line. The ticket windows will only be open for walk-up purchases starting three hours prior to game time. Any Will Call opportunities will be handled at Window 4 outside Gate B.
PREMIUM TICKET PICK-UP
Fans picking up tickets and wristbands for our premium areas do not need to report to a ticket window. All check-ins for the BetFred Sports Left Field Lounge or the all-you-can-eat Budweiser Club should report to the Iowa Cubs tent outside Gate A. All check-ins for the BMW of Des Moines Skybox Suites should check-in at the tent next to the green awning outside Gate C.

The Iowa Cubs are excited to announce the opening of our newest premium space at Principal Park! The Betfred Sports Left Field Lounge, located in the space formerly known as the Cub Club restaurant, is – you guessed it – in the left field corner. This area, exclusively for those 21 and older, provides the perfect space to enjoy upscale food and beverage and catch all of the highlights on our new big screen TVs while having an indoor, front row seat to the game.
The Betfred Sports Left Field Lounge will feature 11 exclusive, half-moon shaped tables for four – with six tables along the glass and five high-top tables as a second row – that put you right in the action.
ADA Seating
ADA seating is available at Principal Park. Elevators are located inside Gate C and in left field through the Betfred Sports Lounge entrance.
Animals
Properly identified service animals with visible credentials are permitted into Principal Park. The ballpark is open to all dogs with the signing of a waiver on any "Dog Days" promotional dates.

Bikes
Principal Park has bike parking available inside the ballpark. Fans can enter through the Bike World Bike Gate (Gate D) at the southwest corner of the stadium to access the bike area. Bike to the ballpark on Sunday home games and get a great ticket and drink deal. Click here to learn more.
Broadcast - Radio & TV
All Iowa Cubs games are available locally on AM 940, on www.iowacubs.com, or through TuneIn streaming. Additionally, fans can watch the action with an MiLB.TV subscription.
Buses & RVs
Large vehicle parking is determined on a game-by-game basis with prior approval. Please contact the Iowa Cubs front office at 515-243-6111 prior to the game you wish to attend.
Cameras
Cameras are permitted provided they are intended for personal use only. Fans are not permitted to obstruct walkways, aisles or block others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Photos cannot be sold for profit.

The Cub Club Restaurant is now closed. It is now the Betfred Lounge.

Cubbie's Kids Club is the Iowa Cubs kids club available to children 13 and under. The Kids Club package includes a ticket to every Sunday home game, a treat at each of those games, a t-shirt, and access to a free on-field experience. Click here for more information.

The Cambria Fan Services counter is located in the concourse behind home plate. If you have questions or need assistance during a game, staff members are stationed there during to assist you.

Firearms are prohibited at Principal Park.
Fireworks
The Iowa Cubs display postgame fireworks sponsored by Mediacom after every Friday home game. Fans should check the promotional calendar for added holiday firework shows or special events.
First Aid
First Aid is located in the concourse behind Section 10 between the Iowa Craft Beer Stand and the Fubo Bottom of the 5th.
Food & Beverages
No outside food or drink is permitted at Principal Park at any time.
Front Office
The Iowa Cubs Front Office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and from 9 a.m. through the end of the game during home games. You can view our Front Office Staff here.

Gates Open
Gates open 60 minutes before first pitch for regularly scheduled home games. Gate time may vary for doubleheaders.
Group Tickets
Discounted group ticket pricing is applicable to parties of 25 or more people. With FEVO, your group will receive a custom group page with event details that will allow everyone in your party to purchase their own tickets within your reserved block of seats.
Kids' Tickets
Children 3 and under receive a free general admission ticket at Principal Park. In Reserved Grandstand sections, children must sit on a lap of a parent or guardian or a purchased ticket is required.
Lost and Found
Lost items can be claimed at the Iowa Cubs front desk.
Media
Media passes are granted to those associated with a certified news outlet or those credentialed by the Chicago Cubs. To request a credential, email Colin Connolly at [email protected]. Passes must be requested no less than 24 hours prior to the game you wish to cover. Press box seating is first-come, first-serve. Interviews are not guaranteed.
Mug Club
A Mug Club membership includes General Admission tickets, a collectable mug, a free beer at every Thursday home game and $1 off each additional beer purchased. Learn more *here**.

The Iowa Cubs hold National Anthem auditions in early March prior to each season. Information about how to submit your online audition can be found here.
Parking
All parking at Principal Park is $13 and is run on a first-come, first-serve basis Including all those who have passes. Parking is limited due to the park's location.
Security
Police officers are present at each home game to ensure the safety of our fans. If you need police assistance while attending a game, the nearest usher or Iowa Cubs staff member can connect you to an officer.
Smoking
Principal Park is a tobacco free facility. Smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco is prohibited. Fans are allowed to step outside of the stadium to smoke through the designated gate in the concourse behind Section 17.

Weather
In the event of inclement weather, fans can find updates on our website and social media channels. Our staff will continue to monitor the weather throughout the day before making an official decision on the status of that day’s game.
For a postponed game – any game that is called prior to first pitch or before five completed innings – fans may exchange their ticket for another ticket of equal or lesser value to any other regular season game during that same season, with the exception of holiday firework dates, subject to availability. No cash value or refunds offered on rain tickets. All exchanges must be done at the Principal Park ticket office.
For a cancelled game – when a team has a lead after five complete innings have been played – that game is deemed official and tickets may not be exchanged.
