ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT: Indiana law provides that you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Customers are required to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The South Bend Cubs reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. If you find yourself in need of transportation service, please go to the Indiana LASIK Centers' Guest Services, so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol will be served for the entire game. Please drink responsibly.
ANIMALS: Only certified service dogs will be allowed into Four Winds Field. All other animals are prohibited. Exceptions to this will be during Tail Waggin' Tuesday / Paws and Claws games. AUTOGRAPHS: Before every Sunday home game, the South Bend Cubs players will sign autographs on the concourse from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET. Autograph tables will line the concourse from section 118 to 101 and fans can visit or skip any table they wish. PLEASE NOTE: This policy is subject to approval by Major League Baseball and the most current health and safety guidelines.
BABY CHANGING AREAS: Changing tables are available in all men's and women's restrooms in the ballpark.
BAG CHECK: Four Winds Field security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming in the ballpark. Purses, backpacks, and diaper bags are permitted but are subject to a search.

BOX OFFICE HOURS: The South Bend Cubs Box Office is open during the season Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed on Saturdays and Sundays during non-game days. On Sunday - Friday game days, the Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. until the end of the 7th inning. On Saturday game days, the Box Office is open from 12:00 a.m. until the end of the 5th inning.
CAMERAS & VIDEO: Fans are welcome to bring still and video cameras into Four Winds Field. Fans are asked not to stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. By purchasing a ticket to any event at Four Winds Field, the ticket holder grants the South Bend Cubs and Minor League Baseball permission to utilize holder's voice, image and likeness, in whole or in part, in any media whatsoever, in any Game or Game Event broadcast, transmission, reproduction, photograph, video and/or audio sound recording or in any South Bend Cubs or MiLB advertisement or promotion.
CONDUCT: While at Four Winds Field we want everyone to have a great time when they come out to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into Four Winds Field. Fans observed breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the stadium and criminal prosecution. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from throwing objects onto the playing field. Fans doing so are subject to ejection from the ballpark.

DUGOUTS: Fans are not permitted on the dugout tops at any time unless escorted by a South Bend Cubs employee or participating in a promotion.
FAN MAIL: Player fan mail may be sent care of the South Bend Cubs Clubhouse, 501 W. South Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
FAN SUGGESTIONS: Fans with a comment or suggestion may express it in person or by filling out the suggestion form at the Beacon Health Systems' Guest Services Kiosk.
FIRST AID: Please contact the nearest South Bend Cubs employee or go to the Beacon Health Systems' Guest Services Kiosk in the event of an emergency.
FOOD POLICY: In accordance with Major League Baseball guidelines, fans are not allowed to enter Four Winds Field with food, peanuts, beverages, or other containers such as picnic baskets, coolers, water bottles or ice chests. No bottles or cans of any kind are allowed. Four Winds Field security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming into the ballpark.
FOUL BALLS: Please be alert for foul balls and any other "debris" that may come into the seating area from the playing field. All fans are subject to the possibility of being hit by a flying object from the field. Please keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Four Winds Field.
FUN ZONE: The Toyota Fun Zone is located beyond the left field foul pole, next to the Cubs Den Team Store and features two giant slides, an obstacle course and five bounce houses. Kids must be 10 years old or under and under 60” tall to play. Wristbands are just $7 and kids can play all game long.
GATES OPEN: Gates open 1 hour and 5 minutes prior to game time for Tuesday - Thursday games. For example: if a Thursday game starts at 7:05 p.m., the gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Gates open 2 hours and 5 minutes prior to game time for Friday - Sunday games. For example: if a game on Saturday starts at 7:05 p.m., the gates will open at 5:00 p.m. For Opening Night on Tuesday, April 9, gate will open at 5:00 p.m.
GIVEAWAYS: The South Bend Cubs host a number of special giveaways throughout the season. Some items have specific giveaway numbers and age restrictions. Please note, all giveaways are per ticket, per person. (Example: if a person is has ten tickets, ten people must be in attendance to receive the giveaway item. Ten tickets with six people in attendance will only receive six giveaway items.)

GUEST SERVICES: Should you have any questions, comments or concerns at any time during your visit to Four Winds Field, stop by the Beacon Health Systems' Guest Services Kiosk located on the concourse behind home plate. You may also enter contests and pick up prizes there. Also, free wristbands are available upon which a child's seating location and parent's name may be recorded.
LAWN CHAIRS: Lawn and beach chairs will only be allowed in the lawn areas of Four Winds Field. Chairs may not block the walkways or be placed on the concrete areas on the concourse.
LOST AND FOUND: Turn in or retrieve lost items at the Beacon Health Systems' Guest Services Kiosk.
LOST CHILDREN: All South Bend Cubs event staff will help in locating a lost child. Adults looking for lost children should notify the nearest usher or report to the Beacon Health Systems' Guest Services Kiosk located on the concourse behind home plate.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS: In some cases, lost or stolen tickets can be re-printed. For more information contact the South Bend Cubs ticket office at (574) 235-9988.
PARKING: The South Bend Cubs have various lots available for parking at Four Winds Field. Parking in one of these lots is available for $10. Lot A is reserved for Suite Holders only. All parking lots are cashless and only accept credit cards. Cash is still accepted inside the stadium at the box office, concessions, and team store. More information and lot maps are available here.
PARKING (Premium Reserved): Located in Lot B, $15 to reserve in advance online. Reserved spots, which will be limited, will be reserved up until 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of the game. The South Bend Cubs parking management partner this season is LAZ Parking, a company that offers safe and convenient parking in cities all across the United States. PLAYGROUND: The CareSource right field playground (separate from the Fun Zone) is a free play area designed for kids between 2 and 12 years old. Parents / guardians must not leave their children unattended. The playground is open all game and closes after the final out. For fan safety, the playground may close during inclement weather.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Prohibited items include outside food and beverages, glass bottles/containers, coolers, alcoholic drinks, smoking including E-Cigs, pets/animals (except Certified Assistance Dogs), weapons of any kind. The South Bend Cubs and Four Winds Field reserve the right to check any bag or container coming into the facility and confiscate any prohibited items.

RESTROOMS: All restrooms at Four Winds Field are wheelchair accessible and located on the concourse behind sections 102, 106, 112, and 116.
SMOKING: Four Winds Field is a smoke-free facility (including e-cigarettes and vaping). Smoking is prohibited in all areas inside the gates of the stadium. There is a designated smoking area outside of Gates A & B ONLY. PLEASE NOTE, a ticket is required for re-entry.

STROLLERS: Strollers are allowed in Four Winds Field but not inside the seating bowl.

TAILGATING: Tailgating is not allowed at Four Winds Field.

UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas are allowed; however, they cannot be opened inside the seating bowl as they will obstruct the view of other guests.
VENDING / LEAFLETING: Vending, product sampling and campaigning is prohibited on Four Winds Field property.
VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES: Messages on the South Bend Cubs video board can be purchased here. Fans are also encouraged to share their photos on X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram during the game and their message could make it on the video board. Use #SBCubs in each post. All posts are screened and not every request can be honored.
